This law firm was supposed to have a good reputation. I contacted them about a loan sharking credit card and they told me it wasn't feasible. Four months have passed, and I've clearly been able to resolve it with other lawyers! Perhaps they're unprofessional and don't invest enough time in each client and the documentation they need to review for every case.

Extremely negative experience. Attorney César David Ciriano Vela does not follow up on cases. I filed an appeal two years ago, and despite my repeated requests for information, I always get the response that there was no notification. It seems all they care about is lining their pockets, and they care very little about their clients. Compared to another attorney who informed me in just two days, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this attorney to foreigners under any circumstances.

I contacted them about an unauthorized €500 charge on a Wizink credit card (their website claims to have won cases). They told me it wasn't worth their time for that amount. Obviously, I've found another firm that has taken the case.

A complete disaster. Their professionalism barely scrapes by. Clear-cut cases are easy to win; the real challenge lies in the more ambiguous ones. Furthermore: -Zero empathy for the client. -Zero customer service skills. -Zero communication with the client (everything is only half-explained, and they only explain it properly when you're already angry). -And to top it all off, they try to portray the client as a liar, even in recorded conversations. I was seen on the last day to appeal the mortgage processing fees. No appointment necessary. Unfortunately, in one case it wasn't possible because it was a mortgage transfer, and in the other, I didn't have the necessary invoices. Thank you!
