We recently had La Grotta install solar panels and a heat pump, and the experience was excellent. From the very beginning, they provided great advice on the necessary power output, estimated savings, and available subsidies. The installation team was very professional and clean throughout the entire process. We have now significantly reduced our electricity consumption, and our house with air conditioning is working perfectly. Highly recommended for any renewable energy project. Thank you.

Disappointed. We ordered more panels since it had been working well. We paid the full amount in February 2025. They started installation in May and "finished" in June. We're still waiting for them to fix some parts that need replacing. It's never worked perfectly. The administration person was great; the subsidy arrived before the repairs. The person in charge, Sofia, isn't answering my emails or phone calls. We're going to the office to see if they'll take us seriously before filing a complaint.

It seems they're a textbook scam. The installation at the house was fine, but it doesn't work, and they don't even answer the phone. We also had it installed at the company, and in the end, we had to call another company to get it working... everything was half-assed and poorly done... but they still charged us for everything! The scam has finally been exposed.

In May 2025, I had solar panels installed by them. The quote didn't mention that the electrical panel needed to be replaced. Once everything was paid for and the panels were installed, I had to replace the panel for them to work (something I hadn't budgeted for and which took me months to save up for). I've been trying to contact Sofia for over a month to schedule an appointment for a technician to finish configuring the app to track my energy production and consumption.
