A very serious and environmentally conscious air conditioning company; the other day they explained to me how they do geothermal projects.

In my experience with them, they've proven to be unprofessional. They replaced parts that I later repaired myself by simply replacing a component (it was obvious), and I'm not even a professional in this field. Thanks to my aversion to throwing things away, I managed to salvage three! Add to that their shoddy workmanship and the fact that they don't respond after repeated complaints... They even asked me for money upfront before ordering an accessory. I was left with a very bad impression and wouldn't recommend them. The phone service was terrible. The girl who answered the phone seemed unmotivated, and I'm still waiting for a call back after almost a month. I know exactly what I'm talking about, that's why I mentioned the phone girl; she clearly didn't want to work and probably didn't even take my information.

We needed a new split air conditioner for our living room. They gave us excellent advice on choosing the right model, and we're very happy with the work they did. A very professional company, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.
