Could amend opening hours. Travelled nearly 40km to find it was closed!

Really happy with the service we received in the renovation of our neglected swimming pool. Also, easily the best garden centre in the entire area.

Trusting Japimasa (pools) was a mistake. We called them to get our pool in good condition, but the service was only half-finished and new problems arose. They left the garden area dirty with plaster residue and a blocked sink (although they removed acid a week later, we don't know if we'll have problems with the plumbing in the future), and every time we asked them to come back, they just gave us the runaround. We hired JAPIMASA to clean and repair our pool, and the result was very poor. The work was incomplete, the tiles had a shoddy finish, and their handling of the filter caused a leak that another company had to repair. Once they were paid, the problems with the schedule began: appointments to finish the work were constantly postponed with no progress. Furthermore, they left the garden dirty with plaster residue and blocked a sink. An unreliable service that we would not recommend.
