The response was quite quick, especially considering the experiences of other friends who were going through the same process. I had no problem with the online service; it was incredibly easy. As for the price, I paid €200 for the entire process, which I don't think is a high amount for what it includes. The only thing I would suggest improving is the speed with which they respond to WhatsApp messages.
