Everything was perfect, the staff were very attentive, and they even cleaned everything afterward. So I highly recommend this company. They installed a new boiler for me. I give them a 10 out of 10.

A very well-executed installation, both on time and with a technical solution for the exhaust vent. In addition, one of the work was complicated through no fault of their own, and they provided us with a quick and efficient solution. Furthermore, the after-sales service was 10/10. Very grateful for the entire service.

After a month and two calls to fix a problem they caused, I'm still waiting for them to call me back. They installed a boiler a year ago and have been dealing with problems ever since, up until a month ago. Despite calling them several times to warn them that the installation isn't right, they keep stalling. I wouldn't recommend this company under any circumstances; they are NOT good professionals. It's a shame that there are more and more trades like this.

We called them about a breakdown, and we spoke to them politely, while they treated us like we were idiots (something they shouldn't do to anyone, and my partner is an engineer, so I can't imagine how they treat other people and how they deceive them). We requested technical service, and they made us wait a week to replace the thermostat without even looking at the boiler and without informing us that they weren't responsible for the warranty.
