I should also add that they helped me for two years with a claim for a grant approved by the Basque Energy Agency (EVE) that was later denied due to technicalities. I've had geothermal energy since 2020. We haven't had any problems and we're very happy. It heats well in winter, and with underfloor heating, it's very comfortable. Significant energy savings. If there's a qualm, it's with the technical service; they do checks when it's convenient for them.
