Excellent professional. I hired Roberto for an electrical repair, and the experience was flawless. He is punctual, efficient, and highly competent. He quickly identified the problem and offered clear solutions from the outset. The work was done perfectly, with attention to detail and a completely clean work area. Roberto inspires confidence and professionalism, and I will definitely use him again for future projects. Highly recommended.

I haven't had the chance to meet Roberto, as he stood me up today. I called him for an urgent repair—a power outage—and he promised to come. Apparently, he couldn't find parking, so he canceled the repair on his own, Friday afternoon, before the weekend. It didn't occur to him to park in a parking garage less than five minutes from my house; in other words, if he can't park on the street where I called, he won't come at all. I think that excludes almost every street in Zaragoza these days. That was his excuse, and I find it informal and unprofessional.
