We had a very limited timeframe in which we needed to have our project completed and Rafa set a realistic timeline and was able to deliver on time. We were extremely impressed. Ingeniesur carried out a complete renovation of our apartment in the historic centre of Malaga. Rafa is innovative and highly professional, leading a team of skilled workers who left the apartment in even better condition than we could have imagined. I chose Ingeniesur because they were recommended by Schmidt, the store where I bought my cabinets. This was a good decision as Rafa project-managed my project which included a complete remodel of the kitchen, bath & loft bedroom. I now have a half bath in the loft and a new kitchen & bath on the main floor. Every time, I walk in my door, I again appreciate the result.

We have worked with Rafa and his team on several major renovation projects over the last two years. Rafa is extremely professional and his team, Paco, Juan and Andreas, are very detailed and dedicated workers. The team takes special precautions to cover furniture or move it if necessary to keep it safe. They leave the work area very clean and tidy at the end of each day and at end of the project. We needed our old kitchen removed and the room prepared for Schmidt to install the new one. Rafa promptly quoted and supervised the works, which were exactly as promised, on time, tidy. It was a pleasure to find such a reliable company. I would definitely use again👍
