I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. The saleswoman showed absolutely no customer service skills, and even less sense of responsibility. It seems she (and the other two young people who were outside the gate at 9:00 PM) were in a hurry to close and refused to serve me during business hours, even though they had confirmed those hours to me at midday. I will be seeking compensation. It seems that when the cat's away, the mice will play. What a way to ruin a business...

In just three months, I've spent almost €400 there on two tablets and a memory card. Today I went back with one of the tablets; it works perfectly, but my daughter dropped it, and it's slightly open, with the volume and power buttons on the inside. I asked them (paying, of course) if they could open it, put the buttons back in place, and close it, and they said no, they were too busy and couldn't do it. They told me to go to a repair shop. About 100-150 meters away, there's another computer and repair shop, and they fixed it in 20 minutes. I'm sorry, but I think this shows a terrible lack of c

They fix things no one else can. I had two iPhones that were completely dead and beyond repair at several places, and they fixed them perfectly there. I actually think their prices are quite cheap. I guess it depends on what you need. I'm delighted to have one so close to home.

Quality and service. Their service to businesses is excellent; they are very professional and committed to the company. Then, in the store, they have a very good mobile phone repair service, and you can buy computer equipment with the best advice.

Very professional. They even helped me outside of their regular hours. I highly recommend them.
