Initially, the service was good, clarifying doubts, accepting proposals, and answering almost all questions. They offered several budget options. Up to this point, they seemed very professional. When the budget was accepted, two weeks later they stopped answering the phone, and the next day they only responded with a message, claiming there were errors in the budget and that installing a machine not sold by them would cause problems, even though this had been clearly stated and agreed upon from the beginning.
