I paid these people to help with my residencia application as they said they were able to do it. After receiving notice that my original application was rejected, they informed me they would look at my case further and tell me what we can do next. I never received a response. I didn't receive documents informing me what the issue was. I tried calling the English help-desk number, I tried sending an SMS, I tried emailing. NO response.
