I made the advance payment as instructed, and as of July 21st, I haven't heard anything! I contacted them again to find out what was happening or to get a refund. They told me the technician would install it on the 24th, and he did. It worked for a few hours and then had the same problem, even with the motor replaced. They try to charge for their hourly rate and travel costs of €75.02, despite having displayed a passive attitude and only being at my home for 20 minutes. They are quick to say that there is no replacement part to fix the fault and that if you want, they will install a new one. Less than 10 months ago, there was. At no point was I warned that if the air conditioner was x years old, they would not be responsible for arranging a replacement. In other words, they charged me €75.02 to be at my home for 20 minute

Excellent service and a great job by the technician. From the beginning, they were clear about the estimated arrival time. When they arrived at our house, they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I'll definitely use them again.
