No explanation whatsoever for the repair they did. They did the work themselves, and after three years, leaks started. They came because they were nearby and charged me €30 for the initial visit! Five minutes of quick work and no explanation, and it cost me almost €100.

A five-minute job cost €96. They never told me the price beforehand. I don't think this is how you work. I won't be using them again.

They installed a new boiler. Three breakdowns in one week. I repeat: THREE BREAKDOWNS IN ONE WEEK. I requested a boiler replacement within the 15-day legal contract cancellation period. They refused. I filed a complaint with the Basque Government's Consumer Affairs Office for breach of contract. They took my money quickly. And washed their hands of the matter even faster. That's how they operate. You've been warned.

The sales representative came outside of normal business hours because we were out of service. The advice was clear and concise, and the subsequent installation was impeccable: fast, clean, and taking care of details that weren't their responsibility. Perfect.

My boiler was replaced a couple of weeks ago. I had to leave the installers alone, and I wasn't happy with one thing, so I went to complain. They told me they'd come back as soon as possible, and they did, even though I'd already paid the bill. They fixed what I didn't like, and everyone was happy, so I can only say hats off to them! I was completely satisfied.
