Needed valve shims for my Multistrada. Hi-Sport (Javier) was excellent, ordered them promptly with no hassle or asking for prepayment, let me know when they arrived, gave good advice about installation when I went to collect them. Highly recommended for friendly and knowledgeable service.

Another service, 30,000 for the Multi V4, and as always, a 10. I've been with Ducati for 20 years, and I've already had 5 Multistradas, and besides being great bikes, Javi is largely to blame for that. Except for Yamaha, I've had everything, and I haven't found a professional of his caliber on any of them. I hope to continue counting on him for another 20 years. Thanks.
