I had them renovate the living room and bathrooms in my apartment. They always gave me great advice and explained every step of the renovation, including any potential problems that might arise, since it's a fairly old apartment and not just any change can be made. We had to replace the electrical and plumbing systems because they were very old, as well as the flooring, windows, and doors, and they also smoothed the walls and painted.
