Jesus, the store manager, was very helpful in fining the right setup for my individual self-sufficient solar setup and even helped with the technical plan. I contacted this company because I needed a lithium battery professional to check an alert that had popped up on the battery's app. I left the battery with them, they checked it, and updated the BMS. They also recommended replacing the regulator, which I followed based on all the verified information. I give them a 10 out of 10 for the service, friendliness, and attention I received from the manager, Jesús. I highly recommend this company for the campervan, motorhome, and solar energy sectors.
