Poor after-sales service following the installation of a shower screen. They left the drain pipe clogged, and then, when trying to contact a supposed site manager, who never responded—not by phone, email, or WhatsApp—they offered endless excuses. The installation was requested for a person with a disability, and they left that person without a shower for three weeks. As soon as they were paid, they rushed to pack up and left without cleaning anything, leaving the apartment in a deplorable state of dust and filth. Not recommended at all. Completely unprofessional after-sales service.

I hired this company for a complete bathroom renovation a few months ago. From the beginning, and especially after the work was completed, the experience has been decidedly unsatisfactory, with a growing number of problems and no effective solutions offered. From day one, the plugs in the sink, bathtub, and toilet cistern, as well as the associated pipes, began to rust.
