In 2022, this law firm was commissioned through the website cartelcar.es to file the corresponding claim regarding the car placard. I've been calling the firm, sending emails, and using their online form for over a year, and absolutely no one has contacted us to find out the status of the claim. They keep a note for the lawyer to call us, but they haven't contacted us by any means, neither email nor phone. Three years after opening these cases, we don't know if any written document or claim was filed or what the status is. We know absolutely nothing. Has anyone who is dealing with this process
