Complete lack of professionalism. I've been there three times and haven't been able to find them at the garage. I filed a claim, waited a month for the windshield (which isn't their fault), and then sold the car with the claim filed and accepted. I've had three vehicles tinted by them. Two were great, but on the third, they applied a scratched film that they replaced, and it was also scratched. They said it was the window regulator system that was scratching it. I asked them to tint a window on a vehicle they hadn't tinted before, and now I've been waiting for two years. I have another vehicle that needs tinting, which of course they won't do, since it's the same make as the one with the scratches.
