I've been scammed. I paid them €70 to help me submit a document to the Immigration Office, and they haven't responded since, nor have they sent me the supposed receipt they said I should have received that day. It's a scam. I want my money back; otherwise, I'm going to take legal action. It's a disgrace. They're playing with people's paperwork, knowing it's urgent. I'm writing this so others don't use this fraudulent agency.
