Absolutely terrible. We moved to their offices in Massanassa at the beginning of November, and a few days later sent an email to the sales representative, Guillermo, who, after three months, hasn't even replied. We finally went with Amper Decor, and the difference is enormous; we had the wallpaper installed within 10 days. VERY BAD.

The company does not offer a service geared towards professionals; quite the opposite. After requesting a quote for a project, they work directly with the end client, offering their services at an exorbitant and unrealistic price. Since they have exclusive rights to the product, the client cannot compare. They waste time by making excuses for not providing a professional price, thus jeopardizing the business opportunity. We built a new workshop for our butcher shop, installing PVC walls and flooring. The service and customer care were excellent, very fast and efficient. We are delighted with the result.

They installed parquet flooring in our house three years ago. They left globs of glue on the floor when they put down the baseboards, stains that won't come off. They also drilled into a pipe, leaving a small leak which, combined with the constant humidity, caused the baseboard to come loose (a month after installation). We've called several times to have them come and fix it, but nothing has been done. I expected better quality for the price.
