Julio solved all our problems and addressed any issues that might arise. Without a doubt, a trustworthy company that I would recommend to anyone I know who needs this type of service.

I do not recommend this company. They are incredibly unprofessional and left us waiting for a renovation, and on top of that, it wasn't even affordable. As you can imagine, after ignoring us for so long, we don't want anything more to do with you. We're not making this up... after all the waiting we've had to endure. Learn to be more professional; it will also help you improve.

We were already confident because my sister had done a project with GD3 and everything went so well that we didn't even ask for another quote, but even so, they exceeded our expectations. The best part was having the peace of mind that whatever problem arose, everything would be fine. Some of the things we suggested were challenging and not easy, but Julio makes the difficult seem easy; he always looks for creative solutions and listens to you. He's a perfectionist to the extreme; if something didn't convince him, he was the first to tell his workers that it had to be redone and made perfect,

We did a complete home renovation, and the result was spectacular. Julio is very professional and provides exceptional service from start to finish. He's very easy to contact, and if he can't be there in person, he gets back to you right away. He's very attentive to the project and resolves any problems that arise quickly and efficiently. (I know this from experience.) I always recommend him whenever I have the chance. We've worked with him on several projects.

We spent 10 years saving up to buy our apartment with so much excitement and hard work. We did a complete renovation with Julio, and it was definitely the best choice. He provided guidance from the very beginning, and best of all, he had a fantastic ability to solve problems (which were bound to come up, haha) during the renovation.
