The company wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount just to back up our website and open it for a week so we could do the work ourselves. Instead of offering any help or empathy, we received the exact opposite. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by their lack of customer care and their unwillingness to help us find a solution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
