Bad experience. You can't contact them if you have a problem; they say they'll come and then they don't. Edit: I wish I were a competitor. I'm a customer who had the same problem today. I called you and didn't even get a coherent response. Just look at the more than 40 missed calls and unanswered WhatsApp messages; they haven't offered any solution.
