They seem professional when you talk to them, however it turned out a bad experience for me. They advised on the wrong unit to install and on a brand that works pretty bad, Fujitsu. They sell it to you as the best in the world, but the reality is that it won't cool even if you set it at 18 degrees. Don't listen to their advice and buy the Chinese brands, they cool so much better in Spain and cost less. Also, it took them a month to install the units after they delivered them and the work was pretty low/average quality.
