I hired a service provider in January for problems with my Roca double-flush cistern: the flush was weak and abnormal. The technician arrived quickly, but he simply removed parts, cleaned them with a brush, and replaced them. He claimed that it was normal for the flush to be that way because it was a "silent" system, when in reality it was simply ineffective. Over time, the flush worsened, and constant leaks appeared. I had a problem with leaks, and Mr. Carlos Rondon came to inspect what might have happened. After thoroughly examining the entire plumbing system and testing all the taps, we found that not a single drop of water was coming out. Excellent service, attentive and meticulous.
