So he actually did a great job fixing the pipe. However he made us pay in cash on that day even though he didn’t fix the wall and wasn’t able to give us a receipt (like made us go to the bank machine to pay cash) he promised that he would come back the next day to fix the wall and give us the receipt (which we need for insurance purposes) it’s been 8 days and every day we’ve texted him and he’s said he will come back, but of course he hasn’t….

very unprofessional behavior. after taking an appointment with him, he asked us to confirm by text the day before, and then 2 hours before. we really insisted on the importance of his presence as it was part of a legal complain that needed to be treated on at an exact hour. despite all the message of confirmation that we gave him, he ended by not showing up. his absence could have a legal repercussions on us but he didn't care. the first time i made him come to the same apartment, he didn't try to understand the issue, got mad because the neighbor was not there (wich was not my fault) and aske
