Terrible service, they are completely incompetent. To replace the toilet mechanism, they completely dismantled it and had to come out twice. They left the toilet worse than before; the bowl is loose and the cistern is detached from the wall. Furthermore, after two weeks, the toilet started leaking. They don't provide a receipt and refuse to take responsibility for their work.

I received service through my home insurance. Excellent service; they gave me an appointment for the next business day after I called. Miguel, the technician who came, was very professional and efficient. It was a clogged pipe in the kitchen, not very complicated, but he resolved it perfectly and left everything very tidy. Highly recommended.
