Absolutely disgraceful! I contacted them to have the heating element on my electric water heater repaired, and they immediately dispatched a technician. During the call, I insisted on sending them a photo of the model to ensure they could get the correct replacement part and repair it. When he arrived, without even looking at the water heater, he started giving me a quote for replacing the entire unit.
