Tuesday, August 5, 2025. I had ignition problems with a Junkers water heater. I called to see if they had the ignition part, and Nino, far from simply selling it to me, took an interest in the problem. Since it was afternoon and there was no one else in the shop at that moment, he started giving me instructions over the phone. After more than five checks, eureka! He found the solution.
