Called them on Friday and they said they would come on Monday. Sent them a text Monday and they say maybe they will come later or tomorrow. They never came and I never heard from them. Very unprofessional.

We had to replace our old hot water boiler and purchased a new Vaillant model from the company that represents them in the province of Alicante. The service was excellent, from the company's engineer, Mr. Venancio Pérez, who recommended the right model, to the technician who installed it, and later to the specialist technician from Vaillant's Technical Service who came to ensure the boiler was set up with the ideal parameters for perfect operation. In short, we are very satisfied.
