I actually called them this morning and they made time and came tomorrow at noon. It wasn't a major problem, but they sorted it out for me. It's always good to have professionals you can turn to.

I called about a problem with my water heater, and even though I was on vacation, they made time for me. Rafa was fantastic; he found the problem, fixed it, and even gave me advice on how to maintain the water heater and possible solutions for certain adjustments needed for its upkeep and proper functioning. He saved my life! My shower faucet broke, and so I wouldn't be without a shower for the weekend, he squeezed me in at the end of the day, even though I gave him very little notice. Besides that, he repaired the part without trying to sell me a new faucet or anything like that.
