Does not pick up the phone, waste of time, however this person has decided to judge a book by its cover. I do live in Manchester I also own an apartment in Mercia which need the work doing. So before making rash judgments you should view the whole picture. In the end I spent over 1500 Euros with another plumber who was bothered enough to take the call.
