Hiring Finestres BCN was the worst decision of our renovation. After a promising start, the installation was a complete disaster: poorly taken measurements (they had to cut pre-frames and fill excessive gaps with foam—these weren't minor errors), an installer (Edu) whom we had to kick out of the house, leaving the door unlocked, and a second team (Antonio) who ignored our instructions and ended up scratching and burning a brand-new window worth almost €10,000. From then on, it was months without answers, broken promises, and an after-sales service incapable of resolving the outstanding issue

We contacted FinestresBCN after receiving an unfavorable ITE that recommended renewing the windows. They offered us a customized solution with K·Line aluminum and double-glazed windows. They handled everything for us with agility and the change has been very positive: more light, better comfort and a great aesthetic improvement. The assembly was fast and clean. Very satisfied with the service.

Very dissatisfied with the after-sales service. We've been waiting for over 7 months for them to come and repair some installation defects, and there's always an excuse not to come… The defects aren't minor (photos attached). It's a product defect acknowledged by the manufacturer, but even so… they don't consider it a priority 🤔…
