Fast and efficient! I had an appointment two weeks later to have the timing belt kit replaced on my Polo, along with an oil and filter change. Unfortunately, it failed prematurely and started leaking water from the water pump. I called to try and reschedule, and incredibly, they were able to find a slot because another appointment had been cancelled. I had it towed, and by the end of the day, it was fixed. Efficiency, plus a more than reasonable price!

Average experience. I took my car in with a problem, they diagnosed it, and it was accurate. They even gave me a very comprehensive inspection for €120. They fixed what I asked for, and when I went to use the car the next day, one of the side mirrors fell off, so I couldn't take my planned trip. I reported it, they took the car again and confirmed it was fixed. It didn't fall off immediately, but after two weeks it came loose again.
