A neighbor gave me their contact information after they did some work for her. I sent them all the photos they asked for, and they took ages to reply, taking a week longer. Then they claimed they didn't work with that brand, which was the same one they themselves had installed. I called them again to ask for an explanation, and they told me they couldn't do it until January and that they had already told me that: it wasn't true. In short, they have it all: unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
