I think they should display the prices on the items so, for example, you don't have to ask the price of each one individually. It would also be helpful to know the retail price of the item. A couple of weeks ago, I went and bought some gloves, which I paid €35 ​​for. Then I was surprised to find out that the retail price was €34.90, not €35. So I paid 10 cents more than the manufacturer's price. While I don't think it's illegal, they should inform customers at the time of sale. Obviously, they didn't.
