Not only did they find me the piece and try their best to contact my insurance company who was being uncooperative, they also did it quickly and opened up a spot for me because of my circumstances. Hello... My experience was TOTALLY NEGATIVE! They tried to fix a chip and made it worse. They replaced the windshield, but there was a constant vibration. Plus, water leaked in every time it rained. I reported the problem, and they kept giving me the runaround. More than 18 months of waiting for nothing. It's shameful!!! Now I've had the windshield replaced at another company, and they tell me they don't know how I didn't lose it, since it was practically loose with hardly any cord. And that it was normal for water to leak in. A TOTAL DISGRACE. COMPLETELY REPORTABLE!!!!!
