It's awful. I contracted air conditioning with Saunier Duval, and this company came to install it. I recommend that when you contact Saunier Duval, you request that another company come. They've left my patio a complete mess. We've lost the €150 discount. According to Saunier Duval, they installed one of the outdoor units from the promotion, but not the indoor ones. They enter your bathroom without asking permission. I'm renovating my house, and I'm tired of having so many different workers, and this is the first time they haven't asked for permission. It's not their house; show some respect!

Don't even think about buying anything from them. They installed a water heater with a part that wobbles next to it. I insisted on asking them, and they told me it was normal. Today, after the complaint period had expired, the boiler company came and told me it was installed incorrectly and that they had used the WRONG part—in other words, they installed it wrong from the start. I called Euroclima, and like pirates, they told me the complaint period had already passed, meaning they DON'T CARE AT ALL that they did it wrong FROM THE BEGINNING. I must acknowledge the excellent work done by Arturo and Jota when they installed our boiler. They listened to our feedback and proved to be outstanding professionals—meticulous, efficient, and highly competent. Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend them.

A guy named Alfonso was very friendly when he sold me the Vaillant boiler, but once it was installed, the friendliness vanished. I had to call Vaillant myself to get them to come and install it, even though they told me not to worry and that they would take care of it. I may not have been lucky, but if I ever need to buy a boiler or install an air conditioner, I know where not to go.

These crooks are shameless, installing defective parts on a €10,000 job. They're completely disgraceful. I've been calling for a year now, and this is just ridiculous. They're not professional at all, and I'm fed up. Now the owner is playing dumb, saying he doesn't recognize any installations I did. It's true, they've done not one, but TWO installations. How unprofessional! Now, because of the reviews, they're acting like fools and asking me to call them. They've got me on edge. Your lack of professionalism is grounds for a complaint.
