After accepting a quote of 1500 euros and sending them the documentation, they tell me that I have to pay 5000 euros, that is, almost 4 times more than what they had offered me, +400% more, when my case is a simple case of real estate reservation claim. A shame, and of course it is a warning to any client that at any time in the middle of the process they can charge up to 4 times more than what they had initially budgeted.
