It has been a really bad experience! We ended paying more money at the end. I am not sure how they are advising people with their visa process. For months they were also looking for an appointment to pick up the NIE and at the end it was not need it. Before you go there please do your research to avoid a headache. Their stars do not reflect their services. Definitely I won’t be recommending them at all.
