Cool and Friendly

Since April 28th, I've been trying to resolve a problem caused by the saleswoman at the entrance. She sold me the wrong sublimation ink, and it's ruined my printer. The technical support team's response is that they'll charge me almost €100 to fix it and that my printer isn't suitable for sublimation, even though I've been using it for three years! I'm very disappointed. Of course, I won't be buying Epson products again because their service here has been completely useless and hasn't helped me at all with the problem they've caused.
