According to the SAT (Tax Administration Service), they don't have a branch in Malaga. Despite the fact that the map shows more than 50 red dots (it looks good, but it's a lie), they only have branches in 9 locations. So, their claim of "Immediate, local, reliable, and flexible responses" is false. They are closed from August 14th to 19th, even though their website says they are open today, August 15th. I will contact them on Monday; I hope they live up to their promises.

I just called to ask about the battery type for my Erreka IR02 Mod IRIS remote control, and all they did was ask which company I was calling from. I just wanted to know why the battery won't fit when I use the one recommended in the manual (2x2025). They just told me to contact the installer, who must have closed his business because he's not answering the phone. Terrible customer service from Erreka Sevilla.
