A 10 for everything!! Raúl was the one who conducted the preliminary survey and answered any questions with extreme professionalism and demonstrated great empathy from the very beginning. At every moment, it's clear he enjoys his work, not so much with the intention of selling, but rather with the intention of letting the client know what they can install and how it will benefit them. Highly recommended! The installation was custom-made, and I felt confident that if I had any questions or problems, I would have someone to contact. We are very happy to have used this company's services.

They installed the solar panels in July (14 panels total), and last Saturday there was an incredible wind. I sent videos and photos to Pablo López on Sunday showing the damage, including some panels being blown off. I received a response that same Sunday, they contacted me on Monday, and today, Friday, they came to fix all the problems caused by the wind under warranty. The installers, Pepe and Edgar, didn't even stop for lunch until everything was resolved. I'm very satisfied with the service and their quick response. I highly recommend this company.
