Bad move. I asked if they had an appointment available to fix a flat tire, and the first question was, "Are you a customer?" When I said no, they told me they didn't have any openings. They then told me about another shop that could do it. Nice job, buddy, gaining customers. Thanks for your trouble.

A while ago, I left my car with him because of some electronic problems. After checking the car, he couldn't tell me for sure what the problems were and told me to take it to an Opel dealership. He said I needed to replace the battery because it was in bad shape and that some electronic fault could be fixed. He told me he wouldn't charge me for looking at the car's electronics, "Why would he charge me if he couldn't fix the car's problems?" Anyway, "thanks." He replaced the battery, and I'm still having the same problems. The battery costs €251 including VAT in the store, but he sent me a bill
