URGENCY VISIT no work done, or issue fixed = 338€ (a bit pricey) They say they are a 24h service, so I called them for an urgency and they came the morning after. On the spot they couldn’t understand what the problem was so nothing could be done, they were out in 20 minutes. They charged me for an “urgency visit + obra de mano“, total 338€. I had another electrician come in who was able to tell me the problem after looking for a bit, free of charge, without fixing it (he just gave me a quote for the repair thats needed)

We purchased an apartment in an old building with a very old and dangerous electrical system. Manel has been excellent in helping us resolve issues and update our system. We count on him for advice and help and he has been excellent. Thanks to him and his assistants we feel safer in our place.

I call those guys and they asked me to send a WhatsApp message. Two hous late they replying saying they could not send anyone to my place. For someone saying it is 24h service it was quite disappointing

Another incompetent, sloppy technician who takes advantage of emergency services but doesn't have a clue. Don't use this company. You've been warned. I called him because my power had gone out, sent him photos of the electrical panel, and he came the next day, a Saturday morning. In 5 minutes he looked at it and told me he couldn't do anything because it was a fuse in the outdoor wiring, which was the responsibility of the distribution company, and that I had to call the distribution company and they would send a technician.
