It's a huge disappointment, to be honest. They came to my house to install bathroom lights, and in both bathrooms, they destroyed the ceiling while installing the lighting, and without saying anything else, they walked out the door. My partner asks a certain Alvaro, the manager, for an explanation, and I haven't received a response; I'm still waiting. I just called and the service was friendly and sincere. As I was about to hang up, they left the phone off the hook and started insulting me and belittling my request. Appalling service.
