Excellent company, great professionals. We called them because we had an electrical problem in our home and they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

The quote was very expensive, and the necessary service took weeks to arrive. I wouldn't contact them again because of the excessive price and the length of time it took. Plus, first they said one thing needed replacing, then another... Bad, very bad.

I called based on a recommendation. They were punctual, provided excellent service, explained the problem, and repaired it very quickly. They also checked the grounding and the differential switch, all at a very reasonable price. What I appreciated most was that when they finished, they asked for the broom and cleaned everything up, leaving it as if they hadn't even been there. I'll definitely use them again for anything else. I highly recommend them.

"Sloppy, informal, and expensive" doesn't even begin to cover it. First, they tell you one price to fix a light switch, then they charge you more, and on top of that, when you ask for a receipt, they refuse, making a scene. The whole building heard about it, and they were rude and disrespectful. Don't try to justify your poor treatment of customers by claiming that the bad reviews left by your company are the fault of competitors using fake accounts. What you should do is provide better customer service. That way, you won't get bad ratings and reviews.
