I feel ripped off. We had a blockage in our house's pipes and called them urgently. They told us over the phone that a truck was coming, but a van showed up instead. The technician suggested using pressurized water to clear the blockage instead of draining the water from the drain. The result was a flooded basement, and he told us he couldn't do anything with the equipment he had. We told him to at least drain the water that had flooded our basement, and he spent hours before finishing.
